Take a closer look at the courses for Michigan Virtual at: Technology Requirements: Students will require a computer device with headphones, a microphone, webcam, up-to-date Chrome Web Browser, and access to YouTube. A final score out of total points earned will also be available for conversion to a letter grading system. Scoring System: Michigan Virtual does not award credit or diplomas, but students receive a completion certificate recognized by local school districts that award credit and diplomas. If your student is not able to make this time commitment, please re-consider taking a MV course. Time Commitment: Semester sessions are 20-weeks long: Students must be able to spend 1 or more hours per day in the course to be successful. Michigan Virtual is accredited by AdvancED.
